CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT AND
CANCELLATION |

All fees and University/host
family accommodation charges must be paid in advance. |
| 2. |
If you cancel your enrolment
and inform us 21 days or more before the course begins, we will refund all
fees and accommodation charges except the € 350 deposit. |
| 3. |
If you cancel your enrolment
and inform us less than 21 days before the course begins, there is no
refund of fees or host family accommodation charges. |
| 4. |
No refund will be made for
late arrival, early departure, or absence for part of the course.

| 5. |
No refund of host family
accommodation charges will be made for cancellation, non-attendance or
early departure from the host family unless you inform us in writing 21
days or more before the course begins. |
| 6. |
Any refund of University
accommodation is at the discretion of Girton
College. |
